Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to ensure achievement of business objectives related to SME and Specialized Channels

Manager.Revenue Assurance (Circuit and Packet Switched Networks)

Develop and implement life-cycle approach to minimize revenue leakage across the company including assuming overall assurance of the entire Circuit and Packet Switched networks and Value Added platforms, and ensuring that potential revenue leakages and losses across the platforms are proactively identified and mitigated

Engineer.Access Transmission;
Plan and design access transmission links to support sites rollout and entire Etisalat Nigeria network

Engineer.Access Support

Provide support on all operational TXM equipment and facilitate PAT of new integrated BSS and TXM/ ADM network elements

Facilitate 99.5% network access availability

Specialist.Vendor and Contract Management;

Handle vendor management and contract execution to support performance and enable achievement of Network Operations objectives

Ensure that all vendors provide contracted commitments and perform against operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
